What do you think the most ROI muscle groups to work on are, in terms of aesthetics? 

Chest? Abs? Biceps?

We all love to have strong and sexy abs to get all the ladies, and I'm sure we've all tried,

and failed.

Yes, your 6 packs would be the most attractive part of your body, however, it is the hardest muscle group for you to develope.

How many times have you told yourself you're going to get your 6 pack abs in 1 month, or 2 months, maybe perhaps 3 months.

The times pass and it seems like there is no progress whatsoever, and we inevitably give up and tell ourselves we don't need abs to get girls

It is true that dudes get girls all the time without having rock-hard washboard abs, but we all understand that having an aesthetically pleasing body would still helps tremendously

just the sheer amount of confidence you get from having a nice physique is enough to 10x your chances with the ladies

 I know that admitting defeat sucks, still let's all put our egos aside for a minute, admit that rock hard abs are slightly out of reach for us at this stage. Listen, it's really not your fault that your abs just won't show. They are literally the hardest muscle group to maintain.

3 main reasons why abs are so hard to get and maintain:

1) ab workouts suck

We've all been there if we've tried. I don't think I need to explain this. 

however if you're still dead set on having an ab workout to implement in your routine, the Toe to Bar is the only exercise you need for getting abs.

If you are unable to hit toe to bars with perfect form. I would recommend you looking up the progression workouts

2) fat is stored in front of the abs

when we have excess calories, the body have several places where they like to store them. Unfortunately one of the biggest fat storage spot is your belly, which "conveniently" protects your abs and your internal organs

3) abs are mostly relaxed when we are sedentary

Most of us lacking abs are living a sedentary life style. We sit on our chairs all day with the forward neck posture and rounded back.

Our abs completely relaxed in these positions we spend most of our time in, and naturally the muscles whither away

stop wasting your time, effort, energy and mental health, when there are some low hanging fruits to grab

The 2 lowest hanging fruits in terms of building and aesthetically pleasing and gives your body a masculine frame are you NECK and your BACK

What makes them special and easier to maintain and grow?

They are the complete opposite of abs,

1) they do not store fat and

2) they are always in use, as long as you're not laying down

Without further ado, let's hop right into it 

1) NECK

look at this man in the image below and try to picture how the rest of his body looks

To me he seems lean, maybe worked out for a good 2-3 years, he looks like he would be leaning towards the skinny side

but here is how the rest of his body looks:

As you can see, this dude is actually jacked as fuck

why does he look like a bitch with no meat in the first 2 pictures?

it's the skinny neck.

Imagine going to the gym for 10 years, and still look like a little wimp when you have your shirt on

no wonder you see these people always looking for an excuse to take off their shirts, otherwise people seriously would not have known they are jacked.

2) BACK

The attractiveness of your back is based a little on "bro-science" along with a little bit of female psychology

A man is most attractive to a woman when she has her attention on him while his attention is elsewhere

If you had a girlfriend you might've noticed how she doesn't seem interested when you're focusing on her, and as soon as you switch over to playing video games she suddenly wants to have a deep heart to heart conversation with you

The same can happen when you are around new girls that are complete strangers.

To elicit a similar psychological trigger, you must not be paying attention to them while they have theirs on you. You will suddenly become extremely attractive to them and they won't even know why.

This is why rich people with fancy shit gets loads of girls. Fancy shit gets the girl's attention, and the attraction is multiplied when the rich man doesn't even look at the girl, simply because he already has enough girls around him

If you're broke like me, with no Lambo and Bugatti. we have to come up with different ways to get attention, I call it the 1-2 combo

COMBO 1

When you apply the right amount of perfume on the back of your neck, it creates a draft of pleasant smell when you walk past people

Some people will turn their heads and try to look at you, because it's just that special. Not many people apply perfume (especially men), and that is enough to make you instantly stand out in a positive way

COMBO 2

When you get people to turn their heads while walking away from them, most often then not, your back is facing towards them, and that's when the magic happens

When people make a decision to turn their heads just to look at you, just to see your back facing towards them, the scale is completely tipped in your favor

They pay all the attention to you, while you pay 0

On top of that, because you've been working out your back religiously, you're standing straight, you look taller, and your shirt is popping

To be completely honest, the real benefit for me when I have a strong back is because I read 12 rules of life by Jordan Peterson, and if you also have read the book, you would know just how important it is for us to be able to stand up straight with your shoulders back

I used to try to stand up straight all the time whenever I would catch myself slouch, however having a weak back made it feel like I'm being fake

After working out my back for months and months it has turned into one of the strongest muscles on my body, even though I almost never see my own back, I can feel the strength I never had before. And most importantly standing up straight takes absolutely no effort.

It sounds pathetic but I used to think that the only reason why anyone would look my way is because I'm doing something wrong or they want to make fun of me.

After figuring out the 1-2 combo, I am the most confident I've ever been, knowing mentally that whenever someone looks in my way its always in a positive light really changed my life. 

Even if they are not, it doesn't matter, because in my head they are, and that is what's important. 

plus having a strong back gives you a better posture, if you have read 12 rules of life by jordan peterson you'd know how important it is to have your back stright and chest held high

have some faith in yourself, believe that when you walk past chicks they turn their heads

its not as flashy as a super car and mansions, in fact this method has a better secret weapon, which is subtlety 

being subtle is also an extremely attractive trait that you can have. some bitches find it very attractive. also you really don't want the girls that are only talking to you because you have money anyways.

Having bullet proof shoulders is literally money in the bank for when you get older.

Trust me when I say that the amount of old people with shoulder and knee problems is ungodly. 

To be frank, the amount of people with shoulder and knee problems in the general population is ungodly.

in fact, according to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, 4,000,000 U.S. citizens suffer shoulder problems yearly.

My personal warm-up routine every single time I hit the gym. Without fail.

If you can incorporate them in every session, I promise you will get massive results. I did these warm-ups and other random body weight exercises and I was able to go from only being able to do 7 pull-ups a day to doing my first muscle up in the span of 4 months.

Knees

1) walk backwards on the treadmill for 3 minutes. (Make sure the treadmill is turned off, you want the resistance from the conveyer belt)

2) tibialis raises x 25 (1 set is enough)

Shoulders

1) Shoulder roll stretch

2) pike pushups 10 reps x 3 sets

Neck 

Bodyweight neck curls in all directions (with OR without loading)

this video explains every movement with perfection, but I only do them without loading for warm ups. 50 reps per direction

Back 

  • 50 pull ups

as simple as that, I do 10 sets of 5 reps (do as many as you can stomach, even if you are only doing 1 rep at a time. But you want to aim for being able to do 50 under 20 mins)

it is important that the reps are as perfect as you can make them. The perfect form is when you can touch your chest to the bar while your body is straight.

The 50 pull ups as warm up might be a whole workout for some of us, but trust me, you might already have the strength to do a lot more than you think

doing many reps also has the benefit of teaching your body to recruit the correct muscles needed to perform the pull ups.

Here's my challenge to you, if the "warm up" seems like its too much, just do the pull ups.

50 pull-ups every time you go to the gym for 14 days. 

I dare you to look in the mirror after the 14 days and tell me you don't feel good about your back
